Objet de la requ\u00eate<br \/>\n       Par une requ\u00eate introduite le 20 septembre 2024 par la voie \u00e9lectronique, la partie requ\u00e9rante demande, d\u2019une part, la suspension, selon la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019extr\u00eame urgence, de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 9 juillet 2024 par lequel le ministre de l\u2019Am\u00e9nagement du territoire d\u00e9cide de retirer sa d\u00e9cision de refus du 22 mars 2024 et de d\u00e9livrer \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e (SRL) Sedab Invest un permis d\u2019urbanisme ayant pour objet la construction d\u2019un immeuble mixte de treize logements, un centre communautaire, un centre m\u00e9dical et un espace polyvalent sur un bien sis \u00e0 Waremme, avenue de la Tannerie, et, d\u2019autre part, l\u2019annulation de cet acte.<br \/>\n       XIIIexturg \u2013 10.501 &#8211; 1\/3<br \/>\n       II. Proc\u00e9dure<br \/>\n       Par une requ\u00eate introduite le 26 septembre 2024 par la voie \u00e9lectronique, la SRL Sedab Invest demande \u00e0 \u00eatre re\u00e7ue en qualit\u00e9 de partie intervenante.<br \/>\n       La note d\u2019observations et le dossier administratif ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s.<br \/>\n       Par une ordonnance du 23 septembre 2024, l\u2019affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019audience du 27 septembre 2024.<br \/>\n       M. Luc Donnay, conseiller d\u2019\u00c9tat, pr\u00e9sident f.f., a expos\u00e9 son rapport.<br \/>\n       Me Thierry Wimmer, avocat, comparaissant pour la partie requ\u00e9rante, Me B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte Hendrickx, avocat, comparaissant pour la partie adverse, et Me Alexandre Pirson, avocat, comparaissant pour la partie intervenante, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entendus en leurs observations.<br \/>\n       M. Yves Delval, premier auditeur au Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat, a \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu en son avis conforme.<br \/>\n       Il est fait application des dispositions relatives \u00e0 l\u2019emploi des langues, inscrites au titre VI, chapitre II, des lois sur le Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat, coordonn\u00e9es le 12 janvier 1973.<br \/>\n       III. Faits<br \/>\n       Les faits utiles \u00e0 l\u2019examen de la demande ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9s dans l\u2019arr\u00eat o n 260.885 de ce jour (ECLI:BE:RVSCE:2024:ARR.260.885).<br \/>\n       IV. Intervention<br \/>\n       La requ\u00eate en intervention introduite par la SRL Sedab Invest, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de l\u2019acte attaqu\u00e9, est accueillie.<br \/>\n       V. Suspension d\u2019extr\u00eame urgence<br \/>\n       L\u2019arr\u00eat n\u00b0 260.885 pr\u00e9cit\u00e9 a ordonn\u00e9 la suspension de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de l\u2019acte attaqu\u00e9. Partant, il n\u2019y a en principe plus lieu de statuer sur la demande de suspension \u00e0 l\u2019examen.
