Il ordonne l\u2019expulsion du locataire et le paiement des sommes dues apr\u00e8s une proc\u00e9dure respectant les formalit\u00e9s l\u00e9gales. La d\u00e9cision illustre l\u2019application rigoureuse du cadre protecteur issu de la loi du 27 juillet 2023.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 proc\u00e9durale pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l\u2019expulsion<\/p>\n<p>Le juge v\u00e9rifie scrupuleusement le respect des formalit\u00e9s substantielles pr\u00e9vues par la loi. La saisine pr\u00e9alable de la commission de coordination est justifi\u00e9e plus de deux mois avant l\u2019assignation.
