II- O encerramento da empresa sem que se tenham respeitados os procedimentos necess?rios por n?o se tratar de uma microempresa deve, ? luz de uma interpreta??o conforme, ser considerada um facto il?cito, com as mesmas consequ?ncias de um despedimento coletivo il?cito.
