In place of the Monetary Penalty Notice issued by the Commissioner, the Tribunal substitutes a Monetary Penalty Notice in identical terms, save that the amount of the monetary penalty shall be \u00a3250,000. 2. Otherwise, the Appellant\u2019s appeal is dismissed. 3. There shall be no order as to costs.
