MBOW, Direc- teur technique de l\u2019Agence nationale du conseil agricole et rural, dite ANCAR, ayant refus\u00e9 le poste de conseiller technique en r\u00e9silience, genre et d\u00e9veloppement durable, la direction de l\u2019Agence l\u2019a mis \u00e0 la disposition de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui lui a notifi\u00e9 un pr\u00e9avis de rupture pour r\u00e9organisation de l\u2019Agence ; que M. MBOW a saisi le tribunal du travail pour entendre d\u00e9clarer son licenciement abusif et condamner son ex-employeur \u00e0 lui payer des indemnit\u00e9s compensatrices de cong\u00e9s, des indemnit\u00e9s de rupture et des dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats ;<\/p>\n<p>Sur les moyens r\u00e9unis ;<\/p>\n<p>Attendu qu\u2019ayant relev\u00e9 qu\u2019il ressort de la lettre de pr\u00e9avis que M.
