L\u2019opposant reconna\u00eet l\u2019absence d\u2019argument contre le montant r\u00e9clam\u00e9. La juridiction valide donc la contrainte apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9sistement partiel du cr\u00e9ancier. Elle condamne le d\u00e9biteur au paiement du solde et aux frais de proc\u00e9dure.
