Les parties avaient conclu un protocole transactionnel en d\u00e9cembre 2024. Le juge de la mise en \u00e9tat a homologu\u00e9 cet accord et constat\u00e9 l\u2019extinction de l\u2019instance. La d\u00e9cision pr\u00e9cise que chaque partie supporte ses propres d\u00e9pens. Elle soul\u00e8ve la question des conditions d\u2019homologation par le juge des accords amiables.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019homologation judiciaire des accords transactionnels<\/p>\n<p>Le juge constate et valide l\u2019accord issu des concessions mutuelles des parties. L\u2019ordonnance rappelle le fondement l\u00e9gal de son intervention en mati\u00e8re de conciliation.
