La demanderesse produit un document pour tenter d&#8217;interrompre ce d\u00e9lai. La juridiction doit d\u00e9terminer si ce document constitue une reconnaissance interruptive de prescription. Elle d\u00e9clare l&#8217;action irrecevable, consid\u00e9rant que le document non sign\u00e9 ne peut interrompre la prescription.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;exigence formelle d&#8217;une reconnaissance interruptive<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision rappelle le r\u00e9gime l\u00e9gal de la prescription extinctive et de son interruption. L&#8217;action est donc d\u00e9clar\u00e9e irrecevable pour prescription acquise.
