Le litige oppose le propri\u00e9taire d\u2019une parcelle enclav\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019indivision voisine, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une expertise ordonn\u00e9e le 27 mars 2025 pour \u00e9tablir une servitude de tr\u00e9fonds. La question de droit centrale porte sur la distinction entre la correction d\u2019une simple erreur mat\u00e9rielle et une v\u00e9ritable demande d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation ou d\u2019extension de la d\u00e9cision initiale.
