1. The Appellant lodged a reference using the GRC1 form on 10 March 2025. The Appellant said that the reference had been sent on 28 November 2023, but administrative staff were unable to locate this correspondence. The reference was incomplete as it was not clear from the documents provided that the Appellant had a right of appeal. 2. By directions and an email dated 17 March 2025, the Appellant was required to submit a completed “Pensions – Right of Appeal” form within 28 days. The Appellant did not comply with that Direction. 3. By directions dated 8 September 2025, the Appellant was directed to make representations as to why the reference should not be struck out for want of jurisdiction by 22 September 2025. 4. The Appellant was directed to note that failure to comply with the Direction could lead to the Tribunal striking out the reference for failure to comply without further direction. 5. The Appellant failed to comply with the Direction dated 8 September 2025 and accordingly there are grounds to strike out the reference.
