1. In Case Management Directions dated 29 January 2026, the GRC Registrar, the Appellant was directed to state what provisions of Schedule 6 to the Charites Act 2011 (‘the Act’) were relied upon by him in bringing his appeal dated 5 December 2025 against a purported decision of the Respondent dated 24 October 2025, as it appeared from the Appellant’s Notice of Appeal that the Tribunal might have no jurisdiction in this matter. The Appellant was also invited, by the same date to state why his appeal should not be struck out for want of jurisdiction, pursuant to Rule 8(2)(a) of the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009 (‘the Rules’), failing which his appeal may be struck out for non-compliance with Tribunal Directions, pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a) of the Rules. 2. The Appellant did not comply and has not complied to date. 3. The Appellant, in his said Notice of Appeal wants the Tribunal to set aside the Respondent’s decision to not act as he wished and to direct the Respondent to open a Statutory Inquiry into an organization known as the Mill House Trust and to ‘take appropriate regulatory measures.
